Job summary

Bandit Running in New York is seeking a part-time Customer Support Agent to join our hybrid Brooklyn-based team. This role offers up to 30 hours per week with in-office 1-2 days and a starting pay of $21 per hour.

You will handle email-based inquiries, order questions, shipping, returns, and product details with a focus on accuracy and fast response times. You'll collaborate across the team and help train new hires.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support experience (e-commerce or retail preferred).
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage high-volume support inquiries with accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, and Siena AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely support primarily via email and other channels
• Address customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product details
• Maintain efficiency and consistency in customer interaction
• Ensure rapid response times during high-traffic periods like seasonal drops
• Support the training of new hires and contribute to process improvements
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance customer service quality
