Job summary

Toothio in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to be the friendly, reliable link between dental professionals and practices on our on-demand platform.

You will handle inquiries by phone and chat, help users get started, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve our service. This full-time role reports to the VP of Operations and offers health, dental, unlimited PTO, and flexible scheduling. Location: Tempe, hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Thu and remote Fridays.
