Job summary

TurboTenant, a Fort Collins-based proptech company, seeks a Customer Experience Specialist I to guide users, support landlords and renters, and drive sign-ups and satisfaction. You will engage via chat, email, and phone, advocate for customers, and collaborate with teams to enhance the software experience.

The role is full-time hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office and occasional weekend shifts. You’ll join an energetic Be Better culture with equity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in online customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of TurboTenant, build relationships with landlords and renters via chat, email and phone.
• Collaborate to gather and implement new ideas to level up support for landlords and renters.
