Job summary

TurboTenant, a Fort Collins-based proptech, seeks a Customer Experience Specialist I to guide landlords and renters through our software. You will manage chat, email, and phone support with a focus on adoption and satisfaction.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate across teams, learn the product deeply, and help shape a best-in-class customer experience while maintaining weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in online customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to manage calls and written communication clearly.
• Comfort with basic software tools and adopting new tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of TurboTenant and advocate for landlords and renters via chat, email and phone.
• Help gather and implement ideas to improve landlord/renter support.
• Educate users on benefits of the platform to drive signups and satisfaction.
• Own customer issues and resolve them with empathy and efficiency.
