Job summary

One Clear Choice Garage Doors is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-moving, friendly team in Colorado. You’ll handle scheduling, inquiries, and product questions across phone, email, and chat, delivering empathetic, professional support.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a positive attitude with customers and colleagues. Locations include Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Commerce City, or Loveland.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (home services experience = bonus!).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Friendly, patient, and positive—especially under pressure.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with technology and CRM tools (ServiceTitan experience = plus!).
• Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic, professional support across phone, email, and chat.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls while staying upbeat and organized.
• Accurately schedule appointments and coordinate with our field technicians.
• Research solutions and provide clear, friendly answers to customer questions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our systems.
• Spot opportunities to recommend additional services that add value to the customer.
• Work closely with the team to keep jobs moving smoothly.
• Learn our products and services so well that you become a trusted expert.
