Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, answers questions, and resolves concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Operates front end scanning equipment and cash register; bagging and cart placement.
• Ensures accurate transactions and proper funds collection; handles cash, checks, electronic payments, and coupons.
• Remains knowledgeable about weekly ads, promos, and store layout to answer questions.
• Maintains sanitation and health/OSHA standards; disposes of trash properly.
• Cooperates with coworkers to ensure smooth store function and ongoing performance improvement.
• Uses provided PPE (gloves, cutters, footwear).
• May assist in other departments as needed.
