Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate at our East Stroudsburg, PA location. This part-time role focuses on greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a friendly, professional manner.

You will operate the front-end checkout, scan items, bag merchandise, and ensure accurate transactions while following cash handling and store policies. Duties include maintaining clean work areas and cooperating with teammates to deliver excellent service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED completed or in progress.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions, and helps resolve concerns promptly.
• Operates front-end scanning equipment and cash register; bags merchandise.
• Ensures accurate checkout and proper funds, including coupons and payments.
• Maintains cash drawer security and follows cash handling procedures.
• Follows store guidelines regarding tobacco and alcohol sales.
• Maintains knowledge of weekly ads and store layout to assist customers.
• Keeps department clean and compliant with health/OSHA requirements.
• Cooperates with coworkers to ensure smooth department function and PPE usage.
