Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, build the wow factor, and uphold our people-first values. You will handle orders, food prep, register duties, fuel/gift-card activation and age verification, while keeping shelves stocked and the store inviting.

The position supports a fast-paced team environment, with the hourly range of $15.00–$18.75 and a $1.50 shift differential for overnight hours. Accommodation is available upon request.

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age verification for restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
