Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to be the friendly face greeting and serving customers. You’ll be part of a beloved brand committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day brighter.

Responsibilities include food prep, operating the register, and ensuring the store stays clean and stocked. The role offers hourly pay between $15.00 and $18.75, with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 12am–6am.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and more.
