Wawa is hiring a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, build the WOW in our brand, and contribute to a friendly store environment. You will handle transactions, assist with fuel and age-restricted product verifications, and help keep the store well-stocked and clean.

This role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced multitasking, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Salary includes a $1.50 night shift differential and inclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
