Responsibilities

• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers purchases at the cash register, handles cash, returns, and refunds.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised, inventories and prices items.
• Provides customer service in the photo area (passport photos, posters, prints).
• Manages web pickup orders and delivers orders to customers arriving at the store.
• Supports asset protection and compliance with company policies.
• Assists with store maintenance and displays as directed.
• Completes special assignments as needed.
