Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register and handles purchases, refunds, exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, checks in and prices merchandise, and maintains store appearance.
