Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience/Operations associate to greet customers, assist with products, and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will handle merchandise, operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain clean, well-merchandised aisles.

The role includes stocking, inventory, and providing quick, courteous service across store areas. Flexibility is required; evenings and weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle returns as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stock; perform price checks as directed.
• Provide assistance in photo area and web order pickup responsibilities.
• Support asset protection procedures and comply with store policies.
• Participate in training and development as requested by Manager.
