Job summary

The role involves registering purchases, processing refunds/exchanges, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and upholding store standards. Prior Walgreens experience and availability for evenings/weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service at the register and during transactions.
• Maintain shelves, prices, and displays; assist with stock rotation and store cleanliness.
• Protect assets and ensure compliance with policies and state/local regulations.
• Support photo service area and web-pickup tasks as needed.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and general store duties.
