Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen in Jackson, MS is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers across phone and email, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving complaints with empathy.

You will maintain detailed records in our CRM, escalate complex issues when needed, and follow up to ensure customers are satisfied. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are preferred, with strong communication and typing skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast typing speed and comfortable with computer systems/CRM.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers directly, over the phone or via email/chat to answer product, service, and account inquiries.
• Process customer orders, updates, returns, and billing requests accurately and efficiently.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and deliver effective solutions with patience and empathy.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our management database.
• Escalate complex issues or technical problems to appropriate internal teams or managers when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming service environment.
