Torsap Thai Kitchen in New York, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is customer-focused and enthusiastic. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, chat or in-person; processing orders; documenting interactions in our CRM; and collaborating with team leads to improve operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening skills.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
• Process orders, manage customer accounts, update contact information, and handle returns or billing adjustments.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM/database.
• Share recurring customer feedback to help improve processes and satisfaction.
