Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience required; order processing/Data Entry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Must follow SOPs and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Word proficiency; data entry accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process all customer orders via phone, fax, email, and EDI through Meridian ERP.
• Address pricing, product availability, and shipping terms inquiries.
• Coordinate with AR for new accounts and credit holds.
• Set up and process standing orders and communicate with Sales Operations as needed.
• Maintain customer records and update ERP databases accurately.
