The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Columbia, SC location. You will work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while processing transactions and maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

You will be expected to handle multiple tasks, adhere to company policies, and participate in ongoing training to ensure quality and compliance with age-restricted sales where applicable.

Qualificações

• Requires ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Ability to understand basic financial transactions and store policies.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety and sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform.
• Be cross-trained in all CSR duties to support team.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to customers.
• Maintain organized work area and clean store facilities.
• Follow age restricted sale procedures with proper ID when required.
