Job summary

The Spinx Company seeks a Customer Service Representative in Moncks Corner, SC to deliver fast, friendly service and handle transactions while upholding policies and core values. Qualifications

• The Customer Service Representative must be available to work a variety of shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
• The ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language.
• Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situation.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• All teammates are required to be cross-trained and proficient in performing all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Perform all assigned tasks to keep the work environment and customers safe; report accidents or hazards.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service; ensure customers leave feeling appreciated.
• Maintain organized work area, clean sales floor and spotless restrooms.
• Keep exterior of the building and forecourt clean.
• Protect company assets including cash and inventory and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale policies with proper ID verification.
• Assist merchandising, pricing, food service and administrative requirements.
• Set a positive tone and demonstrate knowledge of store functions.
• Follow Store Operations Communication Guideline; assist at self-checkout where applicable.
