The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. You will work with teammates to provide fast, friendly service while handling various transactions and ensuring a safe, welcoming store environment.

You will follow all safety and cash-handling policies and assist with merchandising and general store operations. This role requires availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills demonstrated in fast, friendly and accurate service.
• Cash handling and asset protection experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support cross-training.

Responsabilités

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a professional appearance.
• Cross-train to perform all CSR duties for flexibility and coverage.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and reporting hazards.
• Provide fast, friendly, accurate service and ensure customers feel valued.
• Keep work area organized and the sales floor faced and clean.
• Maintain exterior building grounds and forecourt cleanliness.
• Protect company assets and follow cash handling policies.
• Enforce age-restricted sale rules with ID checks as required.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and administrative duties as directed.
• Set a positive store tone and communicate per Store Operations guidelines.
• Assist customers at self-checkout where applicable.
