Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and resolve inquiries. You will work within a team to meet call center objectives, provide information on services, billing, and contracts, and ensure customer concerns are clearly explained and addressed.

The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication skills, experience in a call center or customer service role, and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft
