Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate who will greet customers, showcase baby and children's apparel, and guide families through our product range. You will help customers with styles, features, and benefits while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will resolve customer questions, process transactions, and assist with replenishment and in-store promotions. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
