Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Florence, SC. The CSR will be the first impression of the customer experience, explaining the repair process and insurance details, coordinating rental cars and tow services, and ensuring smooth handoffs to service advisors.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced shop setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair processes and insurance information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load level processes.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services for one-stop customer service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup staff.
• Assist with customer communication during the repair process.
