Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Conroe, Texas to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will explain the repair process, assist with insurance claims, and coordinate rental cars and towing to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process, including insurance claim information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate Rental Car and Tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
