Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for Shipping and Receiving in Racine, WI. This is a potential to hire, 1st shift, 7:00am–3:00pm with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, packaging, labeling, and maintaining inventory while following safety rules. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse/shipping experience, a valid driver's license, forklift training, and proficiency with shipping software such as UPS shipping software.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect shipments to ensure they conform to customer requirements.
• Verify boxes, containers, and skids are stable and sealed for shipment.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications.
• Review shipments for accurate documentation, labeling and packaging.
• Create shipping labels using shipping software and customer requirements.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain clean storage areas.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
