Job summary

You will triage inquiries, research root causes, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with sales, invoicing, shipping, and warranties to ensure a thorough resolution and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of customers.

Responsibilities

• Triages incoming inquiries to resolve or reassign to appropriate resources.
• Researches root cause of customer inquiries using CRM and other tools.
• Maintains customer accounts and interaction details in the CRM.
• Provides back-end support for sales, ordering, invoicing, shipping, warranties and related needs.
• Adheres to service level expectations and performance standards.
• Provides feedback to leadership on trends or issues.
• Other related duties as assigned.
