Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails from customers.
• Schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling details with technicians and dispatch.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Process payments and invoices as needed.
• Focus on customer lifecycle and experience.
• Apply strong sales acumen to convert inbound leads and drive outbound sales calls.
• Achieve established monthly sales targets.
