Venture Solar in Stamford, CT is seeking a proactive Solar Project Manager to coordinate scheduling of inspections and service calls for projects from CT to MA. You will support project follow-up, change orders, and cross-functional resolution of issues on site at 1 Dock St, Stamford.

Training is available for the right candidate, and the role is full-time. We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of clerical or office experience.
• Solar experience required.
• CRM experience required (SalesForce).
• Must be self-motivated, team player with strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Must be very organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Sunnova and Mosaic desired.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling for crew's inspections and service calls from Stamford CT to Hudson MA area.
• Project follow-up and meeting critical deadlines
• Reviewing projects for potential change order needs
• Work closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and other processing issues as required
• Conduct various administration and general office duties involving typing, record, file maintenance, and documentation creation.
• Complete additional clerical duties as assigned
• Handle permitting

Our mission is to help our customers take control of their energy costs by switching to cheaper, cleaner renewable power with solar energy with no upfront cost and immediate savings and we need your help to do so!

We are currently hiring a Solar Project Manager. We are always looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our mission of providing homeowners the best experience possible on their home improvement projects.

We are willing to train the right candidates. If you have a great attitude, work ethic, and want to be a part of the fastest-growing solar company. You will be working on site Full Time: 1 Dock St, Stamford, CT 06902 Not a Hybrid or Remote position.

Responsibilities:

Compensation:

$25-$32 hourly
