Job summary

Kraft Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support internal and external customers by leveraging knowledge of products and programs to resolve issues.

The role includes updating records, answering questions, generating information requests, maintaining files, and processing vendor invoices and payments, while protecting sensitive information under privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Prior computer data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Application knowledge and skill for computer data entry.
• High School Diploma/ Equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Update customer records by maintaining account information.
• Answer product and service questions and provide information on other offerings.
• Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve disputes.
• Maintain detailed files for documentation.
• Provide timely feedback to address service failures or customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate pricing and execute price adjustments.
• Purchase tooling, sheets and finished goods and process vendor invoices.
• Process invoices to customers and maintain inventory.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and arrange pickups when needed.
• Handle special projects and assignments as required.
• Protect sensitive information in line with privacy standards.
