WG&R Furniture in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a friendly Customer Service / Sales Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, process orders, and coordinate pickup. You will help connect customers with the right Sales Associate and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will work with teammates across departments to deliver a world-class experience, handling calls, payments, and order support with a positive, professional attitude. Starting pay is $16+ per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a mixed schedule of days, evenings, and rotating weekends.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage priorities effectively.
• Calm, confident presence to respond quickly in escalated situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional first impression and connect them with a Sales Associate
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, payments, and general order support
• Coordinate customer pickup orders and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
• Work collaboratively with teammates across departments to provide a world-class customer experience
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism, care, and a solution-focused approach
