Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions in a polite, professional manner.
• Operates front end scanning equipment and cash register, bags merchandise, and processes transactions.
• Maintain accuracy of transactions and adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Keep knowledge of weekly ads, promotions, and store layout to assist customers.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with health/OSHA guidelines; dispose of trash properly.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.
• Use provided PPE and adhere to safety requirements.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
