Qualifications

• Language skills: must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Mathematical skills: able to work with fractions, percentages, ratios and basic math.
• Reasoning ability: solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Physical demands: stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds; tolerate outdoor conditions.
• Work environment: retail and food service setting with safety and sanitation considerations.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform and appearance.
• Cross-train in all retail and food service duties to support team flexibility.
• Maintain safe work area and follow all safety policies; report accidents or hazards.
• Provide fast, friendly, accurate service and ensure customers are respected.
• Keep sales floor and restrooms clean and organized at all times.
• Comply with age-restricted sale policies and verify customer IDs when needed.
