Job summary

The Spinx Company in Greenville, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver fast, friendly service and handle various financial transactions in a team environment while upholding store policies, core values and top priorities.

You will be cross-trained in all retail and food service duties, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensure a clean sales floor and restrooms, protect company assets and comply with age-restricted sale rules with proper ID.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Periodic participation in company-sponsored training classes related to the job should be expected.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret information; must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• All teammates are cross-trained to perform all retail and food service duties.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service; ensure customers feel valued and respected.
• Protect assets including cash and inventory and follow cash-handling policies.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale policies and verify age with valid ID when required.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, food service, and store operations as needed.
