Land Rover Chandler is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help maintain a high Customer Service Index by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction across sales, service and administration.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues with empathy, supervise vehicle deliveries, brief customers on warranties and maintenance, and follow up within 48 hours to boost loyalty and overall dealership performance.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interact well with others and influence morale across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with sales, service, production, and administration.
• Address customer complaints with empathy and a positive attitude to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with answering inquiries and route customers to the appropriate contact or department.
• Serve as a liaison between the dealership and customers and represent Land Rover Chandler at events.
• Guide service customers during peak hours and ensure courteous, prompt transactions.
• Follow up with sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to verify satisfaction.
