Job summary

UserTesting is seeking a Solutions Consultant in the United States to work independently as part of the deal strategy and customer engagement team. You will collaborate with Sales to support pipeline progression, conduct product demonstrations, and lead POC/POV activities to illustrate value to customers.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to position the UserTesting platform, apply experience research principles, and help clients derive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solution consulting or related field.
• Experience supporting deal cycles and delivering customer-facing presentations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Foundational understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account & Sales Partnership: Partner with sales and account team to support deal execution, prep for customer engagements, and progression.
• Pipeline Management: Conduct regular deal reviews with Sales to identify gaps and support opportunity advancement.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customer stakeholders through value-driven interactions and effective meetings.
• Demonstrations & Execution: Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned to customer needs; run POC/POV activities and provide solution recommendations.
