Responsibilities include scheduling, updating customers, handling work orders, and promoting maintenance services with integrity. The position emphasizes strong communication, use of dealer systems, and delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with heavy-duty dealership and/or diesel service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with setting service appointments, and keep clients informed of the status of vehicles in service.
• Open and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information with manufacturers' websites.
• Sell vehicle maintenance and repairs in a courteous and professional manner.
