Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with heavy-duty dealership and/or diesel service environment.
• Strong working knowledge of dealer business systems.
• Ability to sell needed vehicle maintenance and repairs ethically.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service appointments and status updates.
• Open and close work orders promptly.
• Research vehicle recalls and services efficiently.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite
