Arizona Tile is seeking a Customer Service Rep to process customer orders, provide sales support, and deliver outstanding service to customers, ensuring the best possible experience. You will handle order entry, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with branches to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires a HS diploma, 2+ years in retail or front-facing sales, and strong communication skills. Overtime and Saturdays are part of the schedule at our Meridian, Idaho location.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with front-facing interactions.
• Ability to multi-task across channels (in person/phone/other).
• Accurate order processing and pricing calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders in the order system.
