Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for customers and back up other CS team members.
• Support Outside Sales reps by handling inbound calls and emails and making outbound calls when needed.
• Provide product, pricing and availability information, and send additional information via email or mail.
• Enter all sales orders in the Sales system.
