Job summary

Cornerstone Connectivity in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Associate – Level II to manage service orders, assist customers, and promote services. You will handle payments, verify orders, and support installation coordination.

• Familiarity with billing, service orders, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Strive to meet high customer satisfaction by resolving subscriber issues professionally and promptly.
• Meet sales goals set by management.
• Prepare and verify accuracy of service orders and paperwork.
• Prepare and post service orders and pertinent information for installation.
• Maintain billing records and post adjustments to customer records.
• Receive payments by various methods and balance cash drawers.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support using software tools and product knowledge.
• Respond to inquiries about services via phone, email, or other channels.
• Work Saturdays on a rotation basis.
• Staff Murray, Mayfield, and Martin locations as needed; report to Mayfield.
• Maintain NLAD database.
• Input data into Legacy Database for security service orders.
• Input and maintain inventory for security service orders.
• Process disconnects for non-pay and reconnects.
• Handle EFT/ACH payments and prenote process.
• Work in NISC gateway for refunds or NSF processing.
• Run audits/queries for billing and data errors.
• Distribute workload from Smart Hub/website inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries from outside sales and inside CS staff.
