The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Store Associate in the United States offering a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will help deliver exceptional shopping experiences and support daily store operations.

As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to sales initiatives, inventory tasks, and visual merchandising while maintaining high standards for customer service and store safety. This role requires weekend availability and strong communication.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities
