Job summary

Cross-training may occur to cover multiple store areas as needed. You should excel in customer service, communication, and teamwork, with the ability to adapt to changes and lift items as required.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support shrink reduction programs and loss prevention efforts.
• Contribute to a positive store culture through honesty and respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
