Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - MEMPHIS, TN to lead client relations and operations at the Memphis site. You will oversee visits, retention efforts, and support grand openings while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.

In this role you will develop action plans to improve metrics, plan incremental sales with local management, and coordinate efforts to enhance the customer experience at the point of sale, including merchandising and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Site visits and client retention.
• Assist branches with grand openings.
• Ensure compliance with local and national account standards; review corporate compliance reporting.
• Develop action plans to improve food waste and other metrics.
• Create an account-level sales plan with local management and track profitability.
• Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale.
• Drive merchandising compliance and introduce new products to increase revenue.
• Assess location performance through quarterly evaluations.
• Perform Route Driver duties when needed, delivering products and maintaining vending equipment.
