Express Wash Concepts in Troy, MI is seeking a Team Member to join our fast-growing team. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement and leadership roles within the company.

You will deliver friendly customer service, upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages, and guide customers through available services. Training and advancement opportunities are provided, along with uniforms and paid vacation as outlined in the employee manual.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educating customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality checks and safety protocols.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Pitch memberships to new customers and upsell products.
