Job summary

Reid Stores LLC is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support sales while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. The role includes handling cash, following recipes, promoting rewards, and assisting customers with enrollment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Shift differential of $1.50 applies for hours 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. This is an at-will position with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years or older required.
• Previous experience, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Demonstrate company values: Honesty, Trust, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Accountability.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment inside and out.
