• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and overnights.
• Basic merchandising, stock replenishment and loss prevention awareness.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency.
• Greet and acknowledge customers with appropriate service.
• Effectively communicate value and promotions; handle out-of-stock solutions.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly cashwrap service; promote PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles represented.
• Follow standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Maintain neat stockroom; safe environment and housekeeping.
• Protect company assets per Loss Prevention procedures.
• Inform leadership of maintenance needs; ensure clean and safe environment.
