Crosby’s Stores is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience while keeping a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. You’ll support sales, maintain stock, and handle transactions with accuracy during your shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to operate lottery, POS systems, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Follow proper cash handling and register procedures.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment inside and out.
