Job summary

Reid Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Crosby’s Stores to deliver outstanding customer experience during each shift, maintain a clean, safe store environment, and support sales goals. The role supports My Crosby’s Rewards enrollment and helps drive profitability in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll handle food prep, cash transactions, and assist customers while upholding company values and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Familiar with lottery, point-of-sale systems, and other equipment.
• Previous experience in retail or gas station environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Follow all cash control and store security procedures.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and properly priced.
