Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group in Northern Kentucky is seeking a customer‑focused retail associate to greet customers, operate the cash register, and support daily store tasks with speed and accuracy.

You will contribute to merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and safety compliance, while communicating daily issues to Management and upholding PMG policies and service standards. The role requires reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, ability to lift, stand and bend, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is desirable.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Flexibility in scheduling is important.
• Must be able to use a mobile device for communication.
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards including cash handling, lottery management, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales floor merchandising/stocking and cooler merchandising.
• Vendor check-ins and communication of daily issues to Management.
• Ensure PMG safety and operational policies are followed.
