Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to sale requests and inquiries by phone and digital channels.
• Upsell by sharing weekly and monthly sales knowledge.
• Resolve customer problems with positive solutions or information.
• Process returns and refunds efficiently.
• Assist customers with website registration and navigation.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan monthly/weekly specials.
• Record and report customer requests to improve processes.
• Travel to events, trade shows and competitions to promote the brand.
